Liver is normal in size with normal parenchymal echogenicity. without
evidence of the solid or cystic space occupying lesion.
CBD is in normal diameter, no sign of intra or extra hepatic biliary dilatation
and appearance.
Intrahepatic vascular channels and main portal vein have normal caliber and
range with no evidence of thrombosis.
Gall bladder is well distended with no sign of stone, sludge, polyp or wall
thickening. (No sign of gall bladder wall edematous or other sign of
cholecystitis is seen.)
Spleen is upper limit of normal in size (132*68*81mm) with normal
echopattern with no S.O.L however correlation with CBC diff R/O of
anemia is suggested.
Pancreas is normal in size, shape and echopattern with no S.O.L.
Both kidneys are normal in size shape with normal cortical parenchymal
echotexture and sufficient cortical thickness without sign of stone, stasis or
perinephric collection
Ureters are not dilated.
Urinary bladder has normal volume, well distended with normal wall thickness
and mucosal lining, without sign of stone or abnormal mass lesion.
Prostate is normal in size (21cc in volume) mild heterogeneous in echopattern
with periurethral calcification it may be due to old prostatitis changing,
however correlation with PSA and clinical P/E is suggested
No free fluid or mass lesion in pelvic is seen.
Retroperitoneal is normal without SOL.
3-4 hypo echoic benign type lymph nodes up to size of 11*5mm in RLQ and
para-aortic area due to mesenteric lymph nodes are seen.

  جناب دكتر ٣-٤ غده لنفاوي پاراآئورت نشون دهنده چه چيزي است؟
  سمت راست پايين شكم ي خورده درد داره يعني بايد كلونسكپي انجام بدم؟
  با دارو رفع نميشه ؟
  نياز به عمل جراحي داره؟
